SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
| ASSESSMENT: Base Rate | $180.00
(One hour plus summary report or treatment plan) |
Typically used for preschoolers who require minimal standardized testing or older clients with fewer areas to address |
| ASSESSMENT: Additional Testing | $125/hour | Allows for more in-depth assessment or standardized testing if needed (ex: needs in several aspects of articulation, language, literacy, social skills, behaviour, motor skills) |
| ASSESSMENT: Full Report | (Quotes provided upon request) | A much longer report. Completed when extensive testing has been completed and detailed analysis and recommendations are required |

| TRAVEL | Billed at hourly rate within Barrie; time + 40 cents/km outside Barrie |
| PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT | Billed at clinician’s hourly rate for services including: consultation with professionals, completing forms and letters, developing home programs |
| MISSED APPOINTMENT | BILLED AT $50 WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE OR NO-SHOW |
